Go to http://www.tubeinator.com/sware/ and copy and paste your Product Code (string of letters and numbers that pops up when you open Tubeinator) into the “Product Code” field.

The “Order ID” and “Email Address” fields should automatically populate for you. If they do not, check your email and look for the email that contains the subject line “Thank you for your order!” Then copy and paste your Order ID (found at the top of the email) into the “Order ID” field.

If you are unable to find this email, please check your bulk/spam folders as some ISPs inadvertently send items there. Finally, fill in the “First Name” field with your first name and click “Activate”.
